Customer Management

Each customer has a dedicated profile page with tabs that organize their linked data and activity.

๐Ÿ“„ Details Tab

Shows basic customer info:

  • Name, email, phone (if provided), address

  • Date the customer was created

  • Summary of accounts and invoice status at the top

A clean starting point for customer reference.

๐Ÿ” Credentials Tab

This tab shows the customer's Access Code. This code is required for the customer to log into the Bid Tracker App. You can copy or reset this code if needed.

Itโ€™s the most secure way to allow customers to bidโ€”without giving them control over auction login details.

๐Ÿงพ Accounts Tab

Lists all auction accounts assigned to this customer. From here, you can:

  • Assign new accounts

  • Revoke access

  • View individual account details

All changes reflect instantly in the Bid Tracker App.

๐Ÿ’ณ Invoices Tab

Displays all invoices linked to this customer. These are automatically assigned through BidManagerโ€™s bid-matching technology, which detects who won a car and links the invoice to their profile.

You can also manually assign or remove invoices here.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Bids Tab

This tab contains a real-time log of all bids placed by the customer, including:

  • Provider

  • Lot number

  • Auction account used

  • Bid type and amount

  • Status (active, pre-bidding, etc.)

This log provides full visibility and ensures the customer canโ€™t deny a bid was placedโ€”helping prevent disputes and enforcing relist fees when needed.
