Sign In To get started, sign into your account from any web browser using the following link . Once signed in, you will be succesfully guided into your own secure BidManager account. App Overview This part of the guide is designed for Business and Brokers using Bid Manager to manage their operations. The BidManager application is comprised of 3 Main Sections. Accounts From the accounts section you will have the ability to manage your own auction accounts. With users having the ability to conduct the following: Adding Copart and IAAI auction accounts Viewing accounting related values on each account Document Statuses Management of account passwords Assignment of Customers View all Bids made on that account Invoices From the Invoices section you can review all invoices past and due from all your auction accounts, giving you the oversight and control needed to scale auction operations. Below are listed features that you will have the ability to carry out: View all paid balances, upcoming (due within 3 days), unpaid and over due invoices. Filter by Invoice Type, Status, Accounts, Providers and date ranges. Search through your invoices by Lot#, VIN# or Keyword View associated details about an invoice, title and shipping tracking (if available) View a complete record of bids made by your customers if purchased by customers using BidTracker. Customers From the Customers Section, you can create profiles for your own customers, assign accounts for them to use on the BidTracker, assign invoices and manage customer accounting and balances due. Some features and abilities are listed below: Storing Customer Contact information securely Assigning Customers their own Accounts Auto-generated 8 digit access code to customers BidTracker account View all associated bids made by that customer on BidTracker View all assigned vehicles/invoices on that customer
