The following section will highlight all of the available features and functions of the Accounts section of the BidManager application.

The Dashboard

The Accounts Dashboard offers a centralized, real-time overview of all your synchronized Copart and IAAI auction accounts. From this view, you can quickly monitor account balances, identify accounts that require attention, and stay informed about document statuses—including those that are nearing expiration or have already expired.

Key actions available in the Accounts section include:

  • Viewing total and individual account balances

  • Highlighting accounts that need immediate action

  • Updating and managing auction account passwords

  • Monitoring document validity and expiration

  • Assigning or revoking customer access with just a few clicks

The dashboard is designed to save you time and ensure complete visibility across all auction accounts under your management.

Overview Tab

The Overview tab appears when you click into an account from the dashboard. It provides a quick snapshot of key account stats and basic account details.

At the top, you’ll see important metrics like:

  • Assigned customers

  • Total invoice value

  • Paid, pending, and unpaid invoices

  • Any amounts due soon or overdue

Below that, you’ll find general account info such as the company name, contact details, and region. On the right side, you can also view the account’s membership status and subscription plan.

This tab gives you a clean summary of everything you need to know about the account at a glance.

Credentials Tab

The Credentials tab lets you securely manage login information for each auction account. BidManager automatically validates these credentials every hour to ensure they’re still working.

If a password is changed outside of BidManager, you’ll receive an alert. From here, you can:

  1. Revalidate credentials with a single click

  2. Update passwords directly inside the platform

  3. View current auction account password

  4. Track all credential changes in the Password History log for added security and accountability

This helps you maintain full control over account access while minimizing disruptions caused by login issues.

Documents Tab

The Documents tab provides a live, synchronized view of all documents associated with the connected Copart or IAAI auction account.

This includes:

  • Trade licenses

  • VAT certificates

  • Passport copies and national IDs

  • Resale and exporter permits

  • Other compliance-related documents

Each document entry includes its type, ID, and expiration date. BidManager actively tracks these and displays status indicators like "Active" or "Expired." If a document is approaching expiration, BidManager will flag the account as requiring attention, giving you ample time to renew it before the account risks being suspended or blocked by the auction platform.

This feature helps ensure compliance and reduces the chances of unexpected account interruptions due to overlooked renewals.

Customers Tab

The Customers tab shows you a list of all users currently assigned to the selected auction account.

If a customer appears here, it means they’ve been granted access to this specific auction account through the BidTracker App. This allows them to place bids using the account—without ever needing to see or know the actual login credentials.

From this view, you can:

  • Search for customers by name, email, or phone

  • Assign new customers to the account

  • Unassign customers if access should be removed

  • View Details to open a full customer profile, including their access history and bidding activity

This tab gives you full visibility and control over who is actively using your auction accounts—ensuring secure, managed access at all times.
